Why Adoption Fees?

Our adoption fees provide a portion of the costs that can accrue in caring for and housing the homeless animals who come through our doors. Fees also help subsidize medical care and evaluation of the animals. There are many many expenses associated with pets. We do not make a profit. We require funds to continue rescuing animals and doing what is necessary to find each and every animal the right home for a long and happy life!

Application Form

Before adopting a dog from our shelter we require some information from you for approval. Currently we have the application forms in paper, which you will fill out when you come to the shelter.

We will put a downloadable version of our application here soon, so you may begin to fill out the necessary paperwork and bring it with you when you come in to meet us, and our adoptable pets. This will also help to determine ahead of time whether you qualify for adopting a pet from our shelter.

We do not approve anyone by phone. We are only posting our application as a convenience to you, so you may gather the information needed and be ready when you arrive at the shelter with your paperwork.
